By creating an account or using Scholar Ridge, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

Accounts may be created only by adults (18+) acting as a parent, guardian, or teacher. Children use the platform under that adult's account and supervision; children may not create their own accounts.

You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for the activity under your account, including the student profiles you create. Please give us accurate information and keep it current.

Use Scholar Ridgefor its intended educational purpose. Don't misuse the service, attempt to access it in unauthorized ways, scrape or copy our content, or interfere with other families' use.

The lessons, questions, designs, and software are owned by Scholar Ridgeand provided for your family's personal, non-commercial educational use. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute our content.

Scholar Ridge is aligned to U.S. state standards (Common Core, NGSS, and state frameworks), but it is not an accredited school and is not a substitutefor your state's legal enrollment, attendance, homeschool-registration, or accreditation requirements. You are responsible for meeting your state's requirements.

Core features may be free; paid plans, when offered, will be described at checkout with clear pricing before you're charged. Reward-shop “XP” is in-app virtual currency with no cash value.

The service is provided “as is.” While we work hard on accuracy and verify lesson content, we don't guarantee it is error-free or fits every need. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Scholar Ridge is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the service.

You can stop using Scholar Ridge and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are violated.

We may update these terms as the product evolves; we'll revise the “last updated” date and, for material changes, notify account holders.
