What Are Big Emotions?
Big emotions are strong feelings like anger, fear, sadness, frustration, or even huge excitement. Everyone has them! They are not 'bad' feelings. The trick is learning to manage them so they don't take control of our choices.
Example
When Maya's little brother knocked down her LEGO tower, she felt anger rise up fast and hot. That strong feeling is a big emotion.
